Eurostars Residenza Cannaregio Hotel Venice

The staff at Eurostars was incredibly helpful, especially when we needed directions to the city center. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth stay. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the main canal but still overlooking a beautiful canal. The peaceful atmosphere allowed us to relax and enjoy the quieter side of Venice. I highly recommend Eurostars for a tranquil and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We especially loved the 24-hour front desk and the friendly and helpful staff. The location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for us as it allowed us to experience the local ambiance and away from the tourists. We also appreciated the hotel's proximity to a supermarket, which made it convenient for small and inexpensive purchases. Additionally, being close to local cafes and particularly the Jewish Ghetto was a major plus. we were impressed with the breakfast and the hotel's transportation options.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It was situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. This allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the train station and other main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making my stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few negative aspects that I noticed during my stay. the hotel seemed a bit outdated and in need of some maintenance.

The hotel was located in a great spot, right in the middle of the city but still in a quiet area. We were able to explore all of Venice without being surrounded by the crowds of tourists. It was also conveniently close to transportation options, making it easy to get around.

One minor downside was the lack of extra blankets in the room. The nights were a bit chilly, and it would have been nice to have an extra blanket to keep us warm.

We enjoyed being away from the busy tourist center and exploring the atmospheric and interesting Jewish ghetto. The neighborhood was friendly and vibrant with trendy bars and restaurants that locals and students frequented. It was a unique experience that added to our enjoyment of Venice.

Nestled in a residential neighborhood, this gem offers proximity to a supermarket and a serene atmosphere far from the madding tourist crowds. It's also easy to visit all the main attractions. The staff are friendly and polite, especially Erica at the reception who provided top-notch recommendations. The rooms are comfortable, with a good view and clean bathroom.

The hotel could have offered a better choice of coffee than the pre-packaged sachets.

As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we were thrilled to find out that these facilities were available at the hotel.

The location was a bit distant but perfect for someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature. Walking to the touristy areas gave us the opportunity to enjoy the whole Venice experience. There were nice bars nearby and public transport was easily accessible. The free Murano taxi service from the hotel was a convenient bonus.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the receptionist who accommodated our request for fresh coffee.

The furniture in the room showed signs of wear and tear, which slightly impacted the overall impression. the breakfast room was quite dark and the breakfast itself did not meet expectations, making it a bit overpriced for the quality.

The hotel is close to the center and offers a genuine Venetian experience. The view from the balcony is perfect, overlooking a beautiful canal. The staff at the reception are extremely helpful and sweet, always making you feel welcome. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel is kept very clean.
